World patent pipe rupture valve
History:
The pipe rupture valve is developed in cooperation with a world leading company within their field. A number of field tests has been done. The result shows that the valve is function as expected due to function and safety. Today the Forest companys has shown interest for our product. They want to supply their forest mascines with the valve to solve the problem with oil leakage in the nature. There are also some time to save when a pipe ruptures.
Characteristic and applikations:
The valve is always open. Full oscillation dampening function
Shut-off occur immediatly. No oil leak out
Independent of flow and viscosity
Totally mecanic/hydraulic
Flow and pressure can be measured to fit all applications
Can be supplied with a pressure transmitter to turn off direction valve, pump, indicate the rupture

Our next project:
The next project is a development of a new generation direction valves with unique characteristics. Our intentions are to lower the energy consumtion with 90%. This project is very important for us because we want to do what we can to decrease the consumtion of energy. High energy prices are here to stay according to the experts.
